Jamaica's Public Sector employs 125,300 employees (inclusive of 4,200 JDF personnel) in 17 Ministries (including the Office of the Cabinet and the Office of the Prime Minister) and 230 entities (statutory bodies, limited liability companies, executive agencies and other public bodies).
