Public Sector Transformation Public Lectures
The PSTU's Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Pat Sinclair McCalla, was the guest lecturer at the Management Institute for National Development's (MIND) 18th Annual Public Lecture, under the theme "Transforming the Quality of Leadership in the Jamaican Public Service – Can We Cross It?"
The lecture took place on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at the MIND's Kingston Campus, 235A Old Hope Road, Kingston 6, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.
